Practice Philosophy

My name is Vanessa Meza and I created Massage Mode because I am passionate about massage therapy and the incredible benefits it can bring to peoples' lives. I specialize in modalities such as Swedish, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point and Sports. I am passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities live their best life. I love working with people and I am deeply grateful to be able to provide assistance, comfort, and relief, to anyone who is struggling or suffering.

Why I do what I do

I love working with my clients towards their goals, and I am committed to using my knowledge and skills to assist my clients. I am a motivated and independent person who enjoys the different aspects of problem solving and seeing positive results through action. My ethics, compassion, and integrity ensure excellent client care.

Other interests 

In addition to massage therapy I love gardening and the access to home grown produce and herbs that are all natural. I love learning about ways to maintain health and options to maximize optimal health and body performance. I am a certified Colorado Cottage Producer, and I am excited to have the opportunity to share this benefit with my clients.

Certification and Training 

I graduated from the Academy of Natural Therapy and I am certified and licensed by the State of Colorado. I hold professional membership, and I am insured with ABMP.
