I specialize in modalities such as Swedish, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point and Sports. I am passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities live their best life. I love working with people and I am deeply grateful to be able to provide assistance, comfort, and relief, to anyone who is struggling or suffering.

Massage Mode is a private home massage therapy practice centrally located by Centerplace Shopping Center near Highway 34 and 47th Avenue in Greeley.  I offer a basement level private clinic room, which includes an in-suite portable hot steam room.

Massage therapy provides such incredible physical, mental, and emotional benefits that I'm excited to share with you.  In addition to massage therapy, I am passionate about learning and practicing gardening, agriculture, horticulture, and herbology, and their impact on healthful living. I'm a Colorado native, graduated from the Academy of Natural Therapy, certified and licensed by the State of Colorado, professional membership and insured with ABMP.
